RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 60-day return policy. This means you have 60 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return under our 60-day voluntary policy, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, sealed, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sealed Fragrances and Hygiene Products For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances and other sealed products cannot be returned once the original seal or protective packaging has been broken. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been opened after delivery. If a returned fragrance has been opened or its seal has been broken, we may refuse the return or reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Sale Items Sale items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or do not match the description.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

United Kingdom — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If your order is delivered to a customer in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You can contact us at hello@magyx.it

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. However, you may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Refunds under the statutory right of withdrawal will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or of receiving proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Refunds (Standard Returns) We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
